I. Introduction

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between Svět pod hladinou, which falls under the company Wellness hotel a.s., located at Frymburk 140 38279, IČ 26761131 (hereinafter referred to as "Operator"), and the visitors of the exhibition Svět pod hladinou (hereinafter referred to as "Visitors").

II. Exhibition Venue

The exhibition „Svět pod hladinou“ is located on the premises of the Wellness Hotel in Frymburk and includes an exhibition of marine and freshwater aquariums and terrariums.

III. Ticket Sales

Tickets for the exhibition „Svět pod hladinou“ Aquarium are only available at the reception of the Wellness Hotel in Frymburk. Tickets cannot be purchased online or through other distribution channels.

V. Visitor Rules

Any tampering with the ticket renders it invalid, and the holder will not be allowed entry into the exhibition. Tickets are valuable documents, and any modifications or forgeries are considered serious offenses and crimes.

3. By purchasing a voucher/ticket, a contractual relationship is established between the ticket holder and the operator. In the exhibition area, the ticket holder is obliged to comply with the operational rules available at the entrance to the exhibition, as well as the instructions of the operator and the service staff. The operator is not responsible for damages to the property and health of visitors if caused by illegal or otherwise inappropriate behavior of the ticket holder or other present persons.

4. The holder of a voucher/ticket is obliged to check the opening hours of the exhibition on the official website of the operator www.svetpodhladinou.cz in sufficient advance to plan their visit during the opening hours.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – DO NOT COPY the voucher/ticket! This voucher/ticket is a full-fledged entry ticket, and the ticket holder uses it at their own risk. This voucher/ticket contains a unique number, and these identification marks entitle entry to the exhibition area only once and only upon first use unless otherwise stated. In case of voucher copying, the ticket holder risks not being allowed into the exhibition area and bearing all legal consequences and damages arising from this, regardless of whether they presented the original or a copy.

VII. Cancellation Policy

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative visit date can be arranged after prior agreement with the reception of the Wellness Hotel.

VIII. Liability

1. Operator's Liability: The operator is not responsible for damages caused by non-compliance with visitor regulations or staff instructions.

2. Visitors' Liability: Visitors are responsible for damages caused to the property of the operator or third parties.

IX. Data Protection

X. Final Provisions

1. Effectiveness: These Terms come into effect on the date of their publication on the website www.svetpodhladinou.cz.
